📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in HR and Finance data entry and maintenance using Microsoft Excel and Access.
• Prepare and compile reports for HR and Finance teams.
• Support administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and filing.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating team meetings and events.
• Provide support in the preparation of financial statements and other financial documents.
• Help with the preparation of HR-related documents such as employee records and reports.
• Assist in the coordination of training sessions and workshops for HR and Finance teams.
• Participate in team-building activities and cultural integration programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program or a recent graduate with a degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
