📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain analytical models and dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive operational improvements.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and logistics teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical requirements.
• Create and implement data-driven solutions to optimize supply chain processes, including inventory management, demand forecasting, and logistics planning.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of analytical initiatives.
• Provide regular updates and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management and operational teams.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and supply chain management.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to support the company's strategic objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in analytical roles within manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain industries.
• Proven expertise in data analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and logistics operations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights to stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications in data analytics (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, Tableau Desktop Specialist) are a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
