📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage all HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
• Oversee logistics operations, including procurement, inventory management, and supply chain coordination.
• Ensure compliance with HR and logistics regulations and best practices.
• Develop and implement HR and logistics policies and procedures.
• Lead and mentor HR and logistics teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Collaborate with senior management to align HR and logistics strategies with business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze HR and logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and logistics management, preferably in the property development sector.
• Certification in HR management or logistics (e.g., SHRM-CP, CILT, or equivalent).
• Proven track record of successfully managing HR and logistics operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in HR and logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
