In this role, you will work closely with our finance team to manage financial processes, analyze financial data, and provide strategic insights to support our business growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee month-end close operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage and reconcile bank accounts, including cash and petty cash.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Provide financial support to the operations team, including cost analysis and financial planning.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to the management and auditors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial accounting, preferably in a similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
