📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic reform programs aligned with national and provincial development goals.
• Lead policy formulation and advocacy efforts to drive institutional modernization.
• Coordinate with government agencies, NGOs, and community stakeholders to ensure comprehensive and sustainable reform initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of reform programs using data-driven approaches.
• Foster a culture of transparency and accountability within government operations.
• Represent the province in national forums and conferences to advocate for best practices in governance.
• Manage a team of reform specialists and ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in public administration and policy innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in reform management, policy development, or institutional change.
• Proven track record of leading complex reform initiatives in a government or public sector setting.
• Strong understanding of national and provincial development priorities and policies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
• Familiarity with government reporting tools and software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Certification in public management or related fields is a plus.
