📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and follow up on overdue accounts, working with customers to resolve payment issues.
- Conduct phone calls, visits, and negotiations to recover outstanding amounts.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities using our in-house CRM system.
- Collaborate with the collections team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Provide regular reports on collection progress and challenges.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures related to collections.
- Contribute to the development of new collection strategies and processes.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
