📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention in the motorcycle financing sector.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the motorcycle financing market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and other stakeholders.
• Use Salesforce to manage customer data, track sales performance, and generate reports.
• Collaborate with the credit team to ensure accurate and timely processing of credit applications.
• Attend industry events and conferences to stay updated on the latest trends and best practices.
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on marketing activities and results.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in credit marketing or a related role in the finance industry.
• Proven track record of success in sales and customer engagement.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Familiarity with the motorcycle financing industry is a plus.
