📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and the production team
• Ensure seamless communication and coordination between clients and the production team
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
• Track and manage client projects to ensure they are completed on time and to the highest standards
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or a related field
• Strong understanding of the education or training industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
