📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Host and co-host live streams on platforms like Zoom, OBS Studio, and StreamYard, ensuring high-quality audio and video.
• Engage with the audience in real-time, answering questions, and fostering a sense of community.
• Collaborate with content creators and designers to develop and deliver engaging live stream content.
• Promote our brand and products during live streams, using your charisma to drive engagement and sales.
• Use social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to promote our live streams and engage with our audience.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improving our live streaming operations and content.
• Attend and participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and training to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Represent JP Industries as a brand ambassador, ensuring our brand values and messaging are consistently communicated during live streams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a live stream host or co-host, with a strong track record of engaging audiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse audience.
• Familiarity with live streaming software and platforms, such as Zoom, OBS Studio, and StreamYard.
• Experience with social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, and the ability to create and share engaging content.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and engaging content.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
