📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conduct comprehensive textile testing using AATCC, ASTM, and ISO standards.
- Perform fiber analysis, color fastness testing, and fabric durability assessments.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Prepare and maintain detailed test reports and documentation.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure product quality and compliance.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and innovation projects.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality control procedures.
- Provide technical support and training to junior staff members.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Textile Technology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a textile laboratory, preferably in the apparel or home textiles industry.
- Certification in AATCC, ASTM, or ISO testing standards is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of textile testing methods and equipment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English for international quality standards.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for testing purposes.
