📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify invoices from international suppliers
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) operations, including payment processing and reconciliation
• Handle multi-currency transactions and ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Maintain accurate records and reports using SAP and QuickBooks
• Collaborate with the international Finance team to improve financial processes
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate payment terms
• Ensure timely and accurate payment to suppliers
• Participate in financial audits and reviews

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar role
• Proficient in SAP and QuickBooks
• Strong knowledge of international financial regulations and practices
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
