📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of mining projects, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Lead a team of mining engineers and technicians, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
• Conduct feasibility studies and economic evaluations to support decision-making processes.
• Monitor and optimize mining operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and compliance with production targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the mining industry.
• Proven track record of success in a leadership role within the mining sector.
• Strong technical skills in mining engineering, with expertise in areas such as geology, geotechnics, and mining methods.
• Proficiency in using mining software and tools, including AutoCAD, MineSight, and Surpac.
