Develop and implement content strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives,Create and curate engaging content across various platforms, including social media, blogs, and websites,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for content creation,Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to produce visually appealing content,Monitor and analyze content performance to optimize engagement and reach,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in content creation and digital marketing,Manage and grow the company's social media presence and online community,Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for new content initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field,Proven experience in content creation and digital marketing, preferably in a relevant industry,Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms,Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail,Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for storytelling,Proficiency in using content creation tools and software, such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
