In this role, you will be responsible for managing our procurement processes, ensuring we source high-quality materials at competitive prices, and maintaining strong supplier relationships. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the entire procurement process, from supplier selection to contract negotiation and fulfillment.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality products.,Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Ensure compliance with all procurement policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and implement corrective actions as needed.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure procurement activities align with business objectives.,Stay updated on industry best practices and implement new strategies to improve procurement processes.,Prepare and present regular reports to management on procurement activities and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a proven track record in sourcing and supplier management.,Strong understanding of procurement processes, including RFPs, RFQs, and contract negotiations.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
