• Oversee the daily operations of our clinics, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management.
• Maintain a pristine, safe, and efficient environment by implementing and enforcing strict hygiene and safety protocols.
• Ensure that all operations run smoothly and efficiently, providing exceptional service to our clients.
• Manage and train staff to ensure that they are knowledgeable and skilled in their roles.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure that our clinics are meeting their goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with our team of aesthetic and wellness professionals to provide exceptional service to our clients.
• Ensure that all regulatory and compliance requirements are met and maintained.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our clinics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality or healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of hygiene and safety protocols, including HACCP and ISO standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse team.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Familiarity with the aesthetic and wellness industry is a plus.
