📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.,Create and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms.,Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize strategies.,Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and promotions.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.,Report on social media activities and provide insights to the management team.,Manage and grow our social media following through targeted outreach and engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,2-3 years of experience in social media management or a related role.,Proven experience in creating and scheduling social media content.,Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with social media analytics tools is a plus.,Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
