Primus@ Knowledge Specialists, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Acquisition Team Lead to join our team in Bali. This is a remote position, offering a competitive salary package of IDR 12,000,000 - IDR 15,000,000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading a team of site acquisition professionals to identify, secure, and manage sites for telecommunication infrastructure.
  • Developing and implementing site acquisition strategies to meet project objectives.
  • Negotiating with site owners and stakeholders to secure sites for telecommunication infrastructure.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Monitoring and reporting on site acquisition progress and performance.
  • Providing guidance and support to team members to improve their skills and performance.
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Representing the company at industry events and conferences.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in telecommunications, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in site acquisition for telecommunication infrastructure.
  • Proven track record of successfully acquiring and managing sites for telecommunication infrastructure.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards in Bali.
  • Experience with project management tools and software.
