📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the technical and construction aspects of our projects in Bali,Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards,Manage and supervise a team of technical and construction professionals,Coordinate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution,Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with project specifications,Prepare and submit progress reports, technical drawings, and other project documentation,Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may arise during the project lifecycle,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field,Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical and construction management,Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects,Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction laws, regulations, and industry standards,Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Familiarity with construction software and tools,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to project sites as required
