📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Manage key client accounts and build strong relationships with customers.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify opportunities and trends.,Train and mentor junior sales team members to ensure consistent performance.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.,Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our products.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior.
