📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.

Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and standards.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.

Ensure proper inventory management and cost control.

Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food quality.

Participate in menu development and cost analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Proven track record in kitchen management.

Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
