Design, implement, and continuously improve operational systems and processes in the electronics manufacturing facility.,Conduct process analysis and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs.,Develop and implement lean manufacturing principles and practices to streamline production processes.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems and processes.,Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.,Develop and implement corrective and preventive action plans to address production issues and maintain high-quality standards.,Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and team members.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in industrial engineering.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering, with a strong background in operational systems and process improvement.,Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements and achieving operational excellence.,Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.,Proficiency in using industrial engineering software and tools, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.🛠️ Keahlian
