📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage drug discovery projects from initiation to completion.,Conduct in vitro and in vivo experiments to evaluate the efficacy and safety of potential drug candidates.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams including chemists, biologists, and clinicians to develop and optimize drug candidates.,Analyze and interpret data to support decision-making in drug discovery processes.,Publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals and present results at scientific conferences.,Mentor and train junior scientists to ensure the continued growth and development of the team.,Stay updated with the latest advancements in drug discovery technologies and methodologies.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines in pharmaceutical research.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in drug discovery research, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.,Strong background in molecular biology, biochemistry, or pharmacology.,Proven expertise in in vitro and in vivo assay development and validation.,Experience with data analysis and interpretation using statistical software.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software relevant to drug discovery.
