📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.,Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutual benefits.,Monitor and report sales performance to management.,Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company's reach.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and customer relationship management.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
