Crown Camp Lestari is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team. This is an immediate opening, and the right candidate will be responsible for assisting in sales transactions, managing cashier duties, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in sales transactions by processing orders, calculating totals, and providing change.,Manage cashier duties including opening and closing the cash register, handling cash and card payments, and reconciling daily sales.,Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have.,Stock and organize merchandise to ensure a well-presented and appealing store environment.,Assist in promotional activities by promoting products and services to customers.,Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and inventory levels.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Follow company policies and procedures related to sales and cashier operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service is preferred.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with cash handling procedures and financial transactions.,Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
