📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.,Monitor and report on production progress, identifying and addressing any issues or bottlenecks.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of production schedules.,Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.,Train and mentor junior staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the production line.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the manufacturing industry.,Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant production management software.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
