📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery across multiple locations.
• Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Manage and optimize inventory and resource allocation to ensure cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and support of overall business objectives.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, applying innovative solutions to operational challenges.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of leading and managing teams effectively.
• Strong knowledge of operational tools and software, such as Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and inventory management software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Certification in operations management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
