📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Promote and sell our range of healthcare products to healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and customers.
  • Conduct medical education sessions and training programs to enhance product knowledge.
  • Monitor market trends and competition to identify new opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related healthcare field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical sales or sales-related roles in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid SIKA (Surat Izin Kerja Apoteker) or equivalent license.
  • Familiarity with the Indonesian healthcare market and regulations is a plus.
