📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the installation and maintenance of site infrastructure, ensuring high-quality standards and timely completion.,Coordinate with project teams to ensure seamless execution of site-related tasks.,Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues or potential risks.,Develop and implement site maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of site infrastructure with other project components.,Provide technical guidance and support to site engineers and technicians.,Monitor site performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering, with a proven track record in similar roles.,Strong knowledge of site infrastructure, including electrical, mechanical, and civil systems.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a team.,Proficiency in project management tools and software.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in the construction and engineering industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
