Rejeki Intan Restaurant is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Butler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating memorable dining experiences and a commitment to excellence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the front-of-house team, including waitstaff, hosts, and bussers.,Ensure the restaurant maintains a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests.,Train and develop front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional service and customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Handle guest complaints and concerns, resolving issues to the satisfaction of the guest and the restaurant.,Maintain accurate records of guest counts, sales, and other operational data.,Assist in the development and implementation of service standards and procedures.,Participate in inventory management and cost control initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a front-of-house role, preferably in a high-end restaurant setting.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures.,Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.,A passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.
