In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent to support our company's growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and cultural fit.,Conduct interviews and make data-driven hiring decisions.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and retention strategies.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
