📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide exceptional customer service to both in-store and online customers.,Assist customers with product selection, recommendations, and purchases.,Maintain a clean and organized retail space, ensuring a pleasant shopping environment.,Promote sales and special offers to customers, driving revenue growth.,Manage inventory and restocking as needed.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in using computer software and online sales platforms.,Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English, both spoken and written.
