📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and processing of financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.,Prepare and submit financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.,Provide support to the Finance Manager in budgeting and forecasting activities.,Assist in the preparation of payroll and ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries and benefits.,Maintain and update financial databases and systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance administration role.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using financial software and accounting systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
