📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain accurate shop drawings and construction documents using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Prepare and revise tender documents, site layouts, and as-built drawings.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in the preparation of bills of quantities and specifications.
• Review and approve drawings for submission to clients and contractors.
• Keep up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Provide technical support to the design team as needed.
• Assist in the preparation of 3D models and walkthroughs using SketchUp.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in civil drafting or a similar role.
• Proficient in AutoCAD (2D and 3D) and SketchUp.
• Familiarity with industry-standard software such as Revit, Civil 3D, or MicroStation is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Indonesian building codes and regulations.
