📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing banquet events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet client expectations.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services and equipment for events.,Prepare and present event menus, ensuring they are visually appealing and meet dietary requirements.,Manage event logistics, including seating arrangements, decor, and entertainment.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.,Assist in the setup and breakdown of event venues, ensuring everything is in place for the event.,Collaborate with the event team to ensure all aspects of the event are covered and executed flawlessly.,Maintain accurate records of event details, including guest lists, budgets, and feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning or a related field.,Proven experience in banquet and event coordination.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools is a plus.,Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements for event hosting.,Ability to multitask and manage multiple events simultaneously.
