📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist registered nurses in patient care tasks, including vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and wound care.,Prepare and maintain patient records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.,Assist in the preparation of treatment areas, including sterilization and equipment setup.,Provide emotional support and companionship to patients as needed.,Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the registered nurse.,Assist in the administration of treatments and therapies as directed by the registered nurse.,Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, following infection control protocols.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of patient care plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience as a nurse's aide or similar healthcare role is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Basic knowledge of healthcare terminology and procedures.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.,Valid certification as a nurse's aide or willingness to obtain one.,Ability to lift and move patients as needed.
