Trust Recruit is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Payroll Executive to join our team in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the payroll process for our construction industry clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of employee payments.

This is a full-time position with a 5-day work week. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll management, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the entire payroll process, including processing payroll, calculating wages, and distributing payments.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely payroll reports to management.
  • Handle payroll inquiries and resolve any payroll-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure smooth payroll operations.
  • Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using payroll software and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
  • Valid work permit for Indonesia.
